New oscillator counter

This is the new version that works because the other uses a not gate that is extremely slow so this can use a bit more space but it works. -nikisalli

Finally! A needlessly complicated way to count to 1 arbitrarily fast. Can it count to zero?

See, this guy gets it. It's not at all unusual for an oscillator to switch between 2 states, but they generally do it at some defined rate. This thing goes as fast as the maximum sim speed regadless of the time base. Also, it's a counter, not an oscillator. No need to de-invent the wheel.

Do you know why i did this uh? I did this because after the new update my complicated logic circuits are really slow so i have to use an oscillator as fast as possible ok? And don't tell me to use those pulsed logic sources because those are slower than everything here

It does OSCILLATE at a defined rate of 133Mhz. No need to try and de-invent the smart kid. You should take your head out your azz and pay attention to their full work. Also by your misinterpretation, your ring oscillator is not a oscillator, its 3 not gates shitting on itself. Yes???
