Input is 1VAC from the frequency generator coil from a unipolar Stepper Motor. For Bipolar Stepper Motor feed the outputs to a dual H bridge.
speed is governed directly by the input frequency. Power will need to be tuned with a current shunt or PWM to depending on frequency, motor load etc.
To change direction, swap two complementary outputs; DPDT switch is handy for that.
