Устройство безопасности на реле. 

Вместо верхней кнопки можно установить геркон и при его срабатывании активируется сигнализация (светодиод, но можно и бипер). Сигнализация не перестаёт работать, пока не нажать нижнюю кнопку.

You can replace the upper button by sealed-contact and when it is triggered, the alarm is activated (alarm - light-emitting diode, but you can use beeper). 
An alarm is stopping when you push bottom button.
