@doni69 this circuit is an oscillator, used to produce required frequency oscillations at the output, the frequecy depends on the value of r and c connected to the non inverting terminal of op amp

But the waves would either be decaying or would go into cutoff distortion. In your case they're decaying. In reality, one would use a simple incandescent bulb to create some voltage controlled negative feedback, and stabilize the amplitude of the oscillations on a given level. The light bulb works best because it has a much lower time constant than a typical oscillation frequency of this oscillator, thus it introduces less distortion into it.

Another option is a jfet acting as a voltage controlled resistor along the feedback path. Take the output, then rectify it and lowpass filter it to measure the amplitude. The resulting voltage feeds the jfet gate. I've used this approach successfully on a variety of oscillators.

Yes, it's a way of AGC, sure, but you'll get least distortion from a bulb. I think best case scenario can get you below 0.01% or something
