Voltage regulator

It's a voltage regulator, which has 6 volt out put. But I need 5 volt output. And I need LM7805 , but don't know how where is it or how do I use it in circuit. Please help me.

It seems like the output can't handle any load at all.

I posted a simple voltage regulator. If you know anything about voltage dividers, its an easy start. I do suggest you search for voltage regulators on EC.
