First switch is main power
First SPDT is acting as HOA. H(down) A(up) Off not shown.
Second SPDT is NC(up/ standby) and NO(down/ run) of a relay on control board.

This is a simplification of what is being built on top of a quad relay control board to give the user complete control over the outputs, even in the event of control board failure
