Could anyone help me ?What is there really going on, I couldn't understand. Why is it floating, although I haven't made any connection to ground.

Okay, first off, collectors should be tied to the power supply, second ground the other side of the resistor, and third add some type of control (source with switch or pulse gen) to turn the left most base on, this in turn will send 100 times the current that it gets to the base of the second transistor, to send another 100 times the current out through the load, and there you have it
