Almost Same as Amplitude Modulator - I 

The circuit uses four op-amps and a transistor. 

First: Wien bridge Oscillator (produces carrier) 

Second: Adder (carrier + message + clipped negative V)

Third: Clamped message signal

Fourth: Hold circuit using Op-amp and transistor 

HOLD CIRCUIT:
Works as 
Inverting amplifier when
                            V1(carrier) > V2(message)
Voltage  follower when 
                            V1(carrier) < V2(message) 

# Hold circuit performs same function as differential amplifier in Amplitude Modulator I. 

Give circuit a little time and it shall not disappoint you.
