You can use NOT gate to make every thing

The gates AND NAND OR NOR

I did't count the diodes because i just used them because everycircuit couldn't find solution without it (note that i changed the junction capacitance to ignore the delay)

I made XOR and XNOR too check them out

Oh .. I didn't saw that when i made this .. I made it with my mind without looking at that .. So Made In Kurdistan .. Also that one looks very complex
