Simple op-amp differential

It is a basic dual differential operational amplifiers(+,-). It amplifies from 1v(red) to -5v inverted(blue) and +5v non-inverted(green). 

RED RESULTS--------1 VOLT INPUT
BLUE RESULTS------5 VOLT OUTPUT(INVERTED)
GREEN RESULTS---5 VOLT OUTPUT(NON-INVERTED)

What's the transistor type to use? And how if input change be dc 3.7v
