Simulates contact tests on QCout, you can simulate shorts or open contacts by manipulating the switches where needed.
We supply the pins with -2.0 V.
There is a Rsense of 50 Ohm on each pin in the XTD.
VDD only has one backward ESD diode directly to the VSS. other pins have a forward diode to VDD and backward diode to VSS.
