Circuit Dunsel. All of those logic gates, transformers and diodes do absolutely nothing, except supply the bottom end of the 1kHz generator with ~5 volts DC. There is no dimmer function. Only on/off. The apparent dimming is simply the sine wave effect, slowed down by the simulator. / DUNSEL is a term used by 23rd century midshipmen to refer to a part which serves no useful purpose. (Startrek TOS) Try again, mrpunj. ;-)

If you don't know what it is, then why do you waste everyone's time with it. Please don't post these nonsense circuits. They don't help anyone understand electricity.
