What do you want it to do? No ground, no current limiting resistors, LED wrong orientation???

If you want it to work, reverse LED, increase voltage to 5V, add ground to supply negative, put 150 Ohm resistor in series with LED. Capacitor & diode are not required.

Place a ground on the negative side of the power supply. Turn the led up the other way. Increase the voltage to 2.0 volts, led will light. For higher voltages a current limiting resistor will be required in series with the led. The capacitor and the diode perform no function in this circuit at this point in time.
