Remakes of thebuggers Simple class-H amp example

These amps behave exactly the same as @thebugger's "Simple class H amp example" circuit, in most if not all ways, including efficiency! Edit: I added a second one (orange) that's more like his amp. The 113ohm resistor is his "constant current source", because he had a constant voltage across it, effectively making it a resistor. The 10mA constant current source here is equivalent to the part of his circuit that was an OP-amp driving a transistor to keep the voltage across his "constant current source" always the same. Edit2: I added two more amps and reassigned the colors so that they would go in order of how close they are to the @thebugger's amp, with the top on the oscilloscope/rightmost circuit (blue) being closest to his amp, and the bottom on the oscilloscope/leftmost circuit (red) being the most simplified version.
