how does this circuit works ?? I mean I want to transmit electricity for about 1m min range.. could you please provide me with the requested circuit

One meter will demand quite the amount of power and careful tuning you can increase the input voltage and on the receiver increase the number of turn in the coil but most of these circuit are inefficient and short range in the matter of cm.
