Hurz was the first one to notice the false hysteresis in the inverter gate. In reality there are special schmitt inverters exhibiting hysteresis. A real inverter should have some delay, probably rounding the square wave at the higher end of its frequency response, but usually it wouldn't have, or should have very little hysteresis. I still like the new update though. It gives a certain change to the app, which i haven't seen in years.
