This circuit is useful for reading curet of load, converting it to volts. 
This circuit can handle even few amperes of load, very useful if we don't have  current monitor for arduino. 
 Normally we should use low impedance resistor and read voltage drop at this resistor, and then use equation to calculate proper value. This circuit already is converting voltage drop  and output is equivalent to amperes. This method give much easier readings.
