Shake to start the oscillator.
Works based on CTC Mode i.e. Clear on Compare Match
A PWM Generator using 4 bit counter. The count is incremented for each clock pulse and rolls over at 16th pulse. The count is compared with digital toggles(MSB to LSB, bottom to top), and until the count is equal to toggle value the output stays HIGH and when crossed,  goes to LOW. After rollover the output becomes HIGH again.
For 1000 ,                  out- 50% duty cycle
Less than 1000 ,      out- greater than 50%
Greater than 1000,  out- less than 50%
Setting count to 0000 will not produce any output
