*I've now updated the led's to resemble the segments of three RGB LED's in my own strips. Also changed some resistor values because they were drawing too much current (inefficient).

Independent voltages for every LED, no digital components, no PWM. Values for resistors can be changed according to LED specifications, in order to make the circuit function properly.
Also, no unnecessary zones of voltage in the potmeters, they're tuned to fully control the 2.06 volts on the LEDs, nothing more and nothing less.
Any adjustments, tips etc would be appreciated as I plan on making this circuit for controlling LED strips in my PC (and maybe other things)
