You have a problem with one diode. "One of these things just doesn't belong here." Turn off the blue trace and observe only the green trace. You will see the problem. The wave should be symmetrical.

The problem is the parallel resistance. If you remove it you ll get 17.3 V or so rectified. If you place it as series the voltage will scale with time
