What you see is tiny numerical noise from simulation engine. It does not represent any real-world circuit behavior.

Note the scope ranges down after the initial spike and settles at 200 nano amp per division.

I was wondering if it was a glitch with the simulator or if I've found some weird circuit behavior. I may build this and probe it and see what happens with it.
