Bridge rectifier PSU

Simple PSU based around a Bridge Rectifier, Voltage Regulator and two caps. I hope i got voltage rights ^^
UPDATE:
Now voltage oscillations are between 12 and 12 VDC !

Waaaaaaay off. ATX PSUs normally max at 12 volts. And can you make one for US 60 hz?
