A diode junction is a tiny little battery of 0.6 volts. But its so tiny energy, yiu couldn't measure it with ordinary voltmeters.. But a diode junction is a battery 🔋. Of really redculas low power. And that is in reverse... So maybe that is why on Sim. this does haopen..
