Door alarm switch, switch NO NC magnetic reed, relay reed type max 500mA, replace lamp with almost any buzzer. Will sound when door opens, time of sound dependant on capacitor size and contol resistor, will sound again when door closes, will not buzz contnuously. Designed  for a small business with a front door and existing wiring, constantly having customers waiting at counter as no door bell/ chime in operation. Capacitor charge current can burn out reed contacts as max current is 500mA, use limiting resistors to keep charge and discharge current at safe limits.

There is no symbol for a reed switch, it's used as a sensor switch to identify a door being opened or closed, for this circuit I used a switch symbol as that is what it would be.
