Non-inverting and inverting comparator IC work

When you change the voltages to compare non-inverting and inverting functional you can understand clearly. I use two different led for one another. When the non-inverting is constant and inverting will change what happens when it changes. Non- inverting high then the pulse will be high and when it will be low then the pulse will be low. Inverting condition then it will be high the pulse will be low and then it will be low the pulse will be high.
