Yes but it have to be AC and it only control the amplitude(voltage)not the frequency.

No idea what you mean ? You have no amplitude control to speak of and what's with the floating power supply and resistor. It behaves more like a schmit trigger

Forget the pawer supply and the resistor.and try to change the amplitude of the input the output will not change

Yes I see that but the reason why the output won't change is because it's already clipping against the opamp supply rails the opamp couldn't increase the output even if it was magic and had a wand. It has nothing to do with the front part of the circuit. The opamp settings are + - 15v the scope is displaying that already so no increase in input will change that.

Much better. Your cap is to big try around 1uf. You just need to sort out the sever clipping on the negative half of the wave.

Delete the 20v supply and the 1meg resistor and change 470uf capacitor to at most 1uf.
