In pratical ckt there will be some offset voltage at output in account of that I add some Voltage at output terminal of the ideal opamp. It is for starting purpose only the we can remove it from ckt after capacitor charged once.
Frequency of genrated square wave is decided by the negative feedback resistor because capacitor is charging and discharging through it.
Frequency inversely dependent on RC time constant.
