This is non inverting amplifier using opamp with closed loop gain of 10.

Swap the op amp inputs. And the circuit has a gain of 11. The formula is 1+R1/R2 which is 1+10k/1k = 11V/V

This circuit shouldn't actually amplify as drawn it is a Schmitt trigger. When you increase the input amplitude it behaves as a Schmitt trigger, not sure why it is showing amplification, some but in the simulation software perhaps?
