Battery Charging - Switched Mains or Solar with Battery condition meter. - copy ver 3

I need help with simplifying the switches controlling the input. Any comments would be appreciated. 
BATTERY CHARGING = Input to battery from, EITHER, 3 Stage 7000mA 12V Automatic Switched Charger, red LED, OR, from 6.67A 18V, 120Watt, Solar Panel, blue LED. The top SPDT switch toggles the input from the solar panel and the charger. The SPDT switch below this isolates the "charge", green led off, to the battery, and switches to the volt meter, showing battery voltage/condition.
