Use this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OLlvuOXgww with a simple preamp and a FM radio reciever if the signal needs no secrecy. Otherwise you just need to encrypt and decrypt everything. Or use a Bluetooth module that outputs sound directly. But I think you want to build something yourself am I right?

A small tank circuit and a short piece of wire will transmit, and a crystal receiver will pick up the signal basic radio work, this knowledge can save your life one day.

For analog encryption make a recording of white noise and copy it. Then add it to your signal and transmit it. Then receive it and subtract the noise recording an you have your signal back. The two recordings must be absolutely in sync for this to work. This is the only analog encryption that I know. There are hundreds of digital encryptions though.

You could transmit the white noise on a different carrier frequency than the encrypted signal and subtract the two signals coming from your two receivers. This is not as secure but you eliminate the need for a synchronous playback.

Be sure not to annoy your local radio authorities or your neighbors and use no or just a short antenna with this transmitter i posted here yesterday.
