Two NPN one PNP transistors. Connected to eachother. I was wondering how come they can fit these circuits inside a chip. And how they can program it afterwards. I m planning to make a calculator but this circuit software doesnt have enough space to make it. Have you got any ideas or any other software that can provide me a bigger workingspace? I heard about some softwares but dont know if they can provide anough work space
