Release a switch then u will see the simulation of battery level decreases. Green is  a battery full.

You dont need the opamps to do it. Just a few well picked zeners and a few transistors.

Mm, using this many op amps (/comparators) feels a bit excessive. Fun but a little wasteful in real life.
