Hint: you have 3 phases, a phase rotation is 360°. 360÷3=120. That means each phase has 120° of difference between them. Therefore if A phase = 0° then B phase must = 120° and C phase must = 240°.

Based on your phase difference of 90°, you would need 4 phases to achieve a full rotation of phase angle. 360÷4=90.
