Not according to your output meter. I have to give you credit for not having a 10H but most of your transformer settings are still pretty nonsensical. For example, where did you get 1:240? How about 12:240. Also, assuming a typical class 2 laminated iron core transformer, 50mH is about the largest inductance you'll ever see on the low voltage winding.
