It could be a app bug or the parameters of diodes are bad?

You don't think 1 MHz has anything to do with its capacitance?

Diode on ground has some strange parameters, perhaps the title should be FUBAR

That's what happens when people play with things they don't understand: The outcome is not like expected ... and off course it must be a bug! Because as we all know: Those people don't make mistakes, it's always someone else's fault.

That's what's so annoying: Newbies who didn't get the basics yet but pointing the finger and shouting "you are wrong"! Try to understand things before criticising them ...

@BigB...And obviously discouraging these people is the best way to show how intelligent you really are!? It must make you feel really high and mighty when you can point out the flaws of those who are just starting out. People who are just looking to understand something that interests them. By all means, carry on criticizing instead of actually being of any help. I'm sure it'll really help to perpetuate interest in the field of electronics.

A diode at those frequencies will tend to have anomalous behavior due to breakdown voltage characteristics of diodes

@seanrwillie ... I really think your intensions are well, but let me clear some things up for you. If you take a good long look at how long those "interested" people stay around here you'll find out that their interest is mostly fiddling with a new toy for a while and then throwing it away after they notice that you can't set a new high score and brag about it. I would never discourage people who honestly want to learn something, but these guys ask questions and don't just klick some parts together and release them into public, EC has a private save-option for that. About the fact of "being of any help": You can only answer questions when they are asked! I'm surely no Einstein, but obviously you are. You can even messure intelligence from the distance. But never the less, you didn't get what I was saying before and what is the real problem here. Keep saving the world by telling everyone what's right and what's wrong. That's what guys like you do best.

If you you dont understand, slow the simulation speed down, look at how the capacitance from the diodes is effected by such a high frequency.

diodes are 5pf capacitors

You have set a DC voltage of -30 on the voltage source. Leave this at zero. Also you have a 2V bulb on a 30V supply.
