Get the right capacitor to 4 Volts to win and turn on the LED. So hard that even I cannot beat it.

Reverse + and - on bottom operational amplifier with SPDT in down position and middle switch in vertical group closed.

Charge 2 capacitors with 9v. Use the two capasitors to charge the third capasitor. Givin 6v on each. Decharge one of the capasitor giving 6v on the two remaining capacitors. Use the two 6v capasitor to charge the third capasitor, giving 4v on each capasitor.
