The resistor value depends of resistance of bulb. Here in EC simulation I chose a value for 2V and 20mA per LED. In reality better try with values ​​from 180 KOhm down until the LED will light..
The circuit isn't as reliable as one which blinks, built with condensers and diac.

But resistor power must be 15700 * 0.02 * 0.02 = 6.28 watt, it's big resistor to encapsulate in wall switch
