This circuit produces a pulse width modulated output
The first two op amps are used for generating a triangular wave.
The 3rd op amp is used as comparator.
The triangular wave carrier signal is compared with a low frequency sine wave reference signal and a pulse width modulated output is obtained at the conparator.
