Looks like it does the job, but there's 4 or 5 amps going through that inductor. Maybe use smaller caps, bigger resistors and inductor?

Separately, it doesn't really matter, but the amplitude of 230V AC is 325V. 230V is the root-mean-square (RMS), which is the practical value for power calculations. Multiply the RMS value by the square root of 2 to get the amplitude.
