Symmetric voltage supply

Produce high + and - voltage from a small power source. Todo:
- Needs voltage control 
- Id like the lines to be symmetric +-100v. I think now they are Vin+one diode drop apart.
- optimal freq for the oscillator? Perhaps 1/sqrt(2 pi L C)?
- optimal size for the cap in the negative path?
