Should theoretically allow you to create AC from DC. 
For example an Arduino DAC could generate a positive PWM Signal (1V DC Source) and  2 digital pins controll the transistors (2x AC Power source) in order to make the magnitude of the sine wave negative.

check the little dots on the wires and SIMPLY check where all your current is wated and which components will eyplode, that SIMPLE !
