Best working clock i had seen. How do you speed up the clock?

For speed up this Clock, we just need to increase the frequency of the INPUT clock pulse .... then we can set any desire Speed of the clock .

I try to modified it to Up/Down Running clock ... ..soon might be I'll modified it for Down running Clock .
