34 - Circuit to test Two Capacitors in Series.

The total capacitance of two capacitors in series is the product of the two capacitancesvdivided by their sum (maximum capacity of two identical capacitors in series is half that of one of the capacitors). C = (C1 x C2) / (C1 + C2).
