The question is, the symbol of the mosfest shows: hypothesis #1: The conduction or driven state of the mosfet a) turned off: default symbol b) partially turned on: filled triangle on gate c) fully turned on: thick bar on gate or: hypothesis #2: Just the region the MOSFET is currently operate: a) off, where Vgs < Vto: default symbol b) linear, where Vds < Vgs - Vto: filled triangle on gate c) saturation, where Vds > Vgs - Vto: filled bar at gate For the test momentary switch on the top left corner operates the MOSFET on the linear region, while momentary switch on the top right corner operates the MOSFET in the saturated region. Which hypothesis is true?
