JK flip-flop

The upper data is J(SET), the lower data is K(RESET), and the push button is the CLK(CLOCK PULSE). Both J and K are a "1", it is the same as toggle flip flop, it turns a "1" every other CLK "1". It good in binary counters like my last circuit(0-99).
