Not working just testing self powering oscilator 
Needs to tuned you jump start it pushing the switch that drives transformer that is rectified smoothed and fed back to the supply powering the circuit

BTW, flip your left most diode backwards, and then move button to red from VCC, it'll work how you expect, till caps drain ofc. Right now, you stop powering the timing circuit with that diode being reverse-biased, so the transformer output never recharges cap for timing, never fires another pulse

(by red, I meant the current diode cathode common point, the power lines to 555, forgot I highlighted it in my run to watch it)
