Common emitter amplifier with 1mA current source as collector load. With the 20K resistor the voltage gain is X100 if this resistor is bypassed you can see the open loop gain, which is very high  at > X2000, so with the 20K there is a large amount of -ve  feedback ( 26dB ) so this amplifier should perform very well in practice, note that its output impedance is very high and a jfet or MOSFET buffer would be needed at the output of a real circuit.
