When using resistors as a voltage divider, the circuit works best with a high-impedance (high-resistance) load. This voltage divider provides a 6-volt output with no load connected.
1. Connect the 1 M-ohm load resistor. What is the output voltage?
2. Connect the 330 ohm load resistor. What happens to the output voltage and why?
3. Now connect the 6-volt motor. The motor doesn't run...why is this?
