Xc =Xl at a frequency which is called resonance. changing the frequency the voltage across C and L varies inversely.

if you calculate the resonance frequency you will get closer to 356Hz. This you can validate by adding a little 1Ohm resistor to the coil and switch then to the frequency domain within EveryCircuit, Bodeplot yellow triangle with "f" instead of "t".
