Interesting. Does this type of oscillator scale to FM range (~100MHz) or is it only good up to a few MHz?

Rarely an RC oscillator can get above a few MHz :/ you want to avoid LC oscillators for simulation purposes or in real live applications. Cuz they're actually the better solution.
